Skien girl Julie Bergan has known more or less her whole life what she wanted to be when she grew up. From the moment she first saw the light of day, she discovered music through two parents who are music teachers, and who always sang together wherever they were.

Her career as a pop star began when she entered a local singing competition as a young girl, before moving onto YouTube where she posted covers of various songs. The competition happened to be attended by one of the higher-ups from a major record label, and Julie wasn't shy about keeping in touch. It turns out that hard, focused work pays off, because to this day she has over a staggering 1.5 billion streams, and 280 million plays on her most popular song "Ignite" alone. Ms Bergan has also had her own European tour and opened for both Jess Glynne and her big idol, Justin Bieber himself.

Nothing is done halfway by this lady. Julie truly loves what she does and everything that comes with being a pop star. She is known for taking good care of her loyal fan base, and not least, her amazing stage shows.

Now the pop star wants to show more of Julie, the person behind the colorful outfits and strong voice. She uses her music to say things she wouldn't otherwise have dared to say, which gives self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment and joy to both herself and her fans.
